PLEASE TAKE THE ONLINE PARENT SURVEY BY FOLLOWING THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
Using a computer that has Internet Explorer 6.0, please follow the simple instructions to set up, complete, and submit the Parent Survey:
1. Enter the Internet via Internet Explorer 6.0 (click on the bright blue “e”).
2. In the address bar, type in www.thesmarttrack.com
3. Click on Member Login.
4. Type the following User Name and Password in the appropriate blanks:
School: __Forrest County AHS__________________________
User Name: MSPROCTOR
Password: ___5824741_________________________
Click Submit.
- Click Set Up Survey.
- Click MS Parent Survey.
- Click English.
- Click SET UP SURVEY in the red oval bar.
- When you see the Stop sign at the top left, the survey is set up for you to take. To begin taking the survey, please click START. (A box will appear asking you to check the school name. If it is correct, please click OK).
- Proceed with the survey answering the questions by clicking in the circle by your answer choice. When finished with questions on that screen, click NEXT. On the final screen of questions, click Submit.
- To exit the program, please double click the SmartTrack picture (bullseye) and click CANCEL to exit the program. This will return you to the Home Page where you can click the “X” in the top right corner to close out.
