Active Parent

Active Parent requests must now be requested through the Counsellor's office due to abuse by some. The requests that were completed on line will not be processed until they are verified with the Legal Guardian of the student.  The only personnel that will be given Active Parent access are the people that are listed on the Legal Guardian's paperwork on file at the office.  In addition, all Active Parent accounts that we can't verify with the legal guardian will be deactivated in the next few weeks.  If you are not the legal guardian, you need to contact the legal guardian and ask them to add you to the "permissions list".  Next year, we will not be processing any Active Parent requests by anyone other than the legal guardian.  The legal guardian may request access for themselves and anyone else that they feel should have access. This will be done during registration week, and will be by 'hard copy', notarized form that will be kept on file. 

We regret that we have to take these measures.
